How much does self storage cost?
Our rates vary between storage unit sizes and types of storage. Please contact us if you have any additional questions about renting a unit.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?
Our online storage unit size guide is a great starting point. You can also contact our office, and our team will be glad to recommend the right size for your belongings.
What should I ask when comparison shopping?
What are the TOTAL move-in fees, including rent, and when are these due? How much notice do I need to give prior to vacating? (We do not need any notice, just let us know when you have left!).
Payments and Policies
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I make payments?
Payments can be made online, by mail, or in person at our office. Many customers also choose the convenience of automatic monthly payments.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Getting Started with Storage
What is the best way to pack a storage unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
