Everything was wonderful, I got a climate controlled unit and everything was always kept clean, good temperature and humidity. They were always extremely helpful. One ... One time I lost my key, needed to give access to my dad while about to go on vacation the next day and I was able to get it all taken care off within twenty minutes and without ever having to go to the building. Was able to arrange someone else to pick up the keys and everything. I also think it's very fairly priced.

Hey yall, just wanted to let you know Solid Ground Storage is the best storage facility I've ever used, by far. It's clean, well attended and the folks that own it are great people who care about their customers. I've been using their storage for about 5 years and never had an issue, even when I should have, only because I caused an issue and it was totally my own doing they helped me and that's something you don't see often in a business these days. I love living in Elgin and they are truthfully one of the reasons because they've made my life easier by being kind to me. Even when I inadvertantly caused a problem for them, they were there for me. Thanks Amy!!!!
